Try out our *NEW* Group Circuit Personal Training.  Supervised by a FitLife Exercise Physiologist, these 30-minute training sessions will include cardio, strength, and agility exercises, all in a group setting. Give this a try as an alternative to one-on-one personal training. Come to the next session to enjoy the introductory rate of $10.00, per 30-minute session. Here are all of the dates for Group Circuit Training in February:
