Our group personal training provides a fun alternative to the traditional one-on-one style training. A degreed exercise physiologist will train small groups of 2-6+ participants in our fully equipped group exercise studio. Your workout will still be designed to meet your individual goals, but you will have the support and motivation from those in your group to help push you as well.
These 30-minute training sessions will include cardio, strength, core, and agility exercises, all in a group setting. Each 30-minute session is $10.00, a great rate for a training workout you won’t soon forget.
