Joseph Zeleznock MSPT
Owner/Operator

Joe is owner and operator of FitLife as well as a Licensed Physical Therapist.

Joe received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in Exercise Physiology. After graduation, he gained experience as an exercise physiologist in numerous outpatient physical therapy settings. From these experiences, his passion grew to open his own center that would provide comprehensive care for the patient and fitness member alike. He later moved to Pennsylvania and completed his Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Neumann College. Throughout graduate school, Joe managed a Wellness Center which afforded him the opportunity to not only develop our comprehensive Post Rehab programs but also gain experience operating a full wellness center including both fitness, aquatics and rehabilitation.

Joe remains passionate about opening many FitLife facilities which include both fitness and rehabilitation under one roof guided by highly trained staff while providing the best in customer service. Joe continues to treat patients at FitLife in our physical therapy department as well as operate the business.

Frank Rabadam, DPT
Frank has been practicing physical therapy for over 10 years and joined the FitLife team in 2010.  Frank received his Master's and Clinical Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in Boston.

Frank spent 5 years specializing in pediatric burn care at Shriners Burns Hospital for Children in Boston, Ma.  This afforded him the opportunity to participate in medical outreach missions to Puerto Rico and to the NY Presbyterian Hospital during 9/11.  Taking pride in sharing his experience and knowledgem Frank has taught the role of physical therapists in burn care and rehabilitation to physical therapy programs at many Massachusetts univeristies.

Frank combined his love of golf and physical therapy by training with Paul Calloway, the first director of physical therapy on the PGA Tour.  In addition, Frank has advanced training with Back to Golf, a physical therapy and golf-biomechanics program approved by the PGA and LPGA of America.  With this knowledge, Frank founded Back Under Par, LLC, a performance-enhancement program promoting a safe, powerful, and efficient golf swing for golfers of all ages.

Frank took his acute trauma experience and golf program to New Hampshire to work at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in the emergency and outpatient orthopedics department.  He created the Fitness to a Tee Golf Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Program, a three part program incorporating rehabilitation for injured golfers, injury prevention clinics, and weekly Yoga for Golfers classes.

Strong in all areas of orthopedic musculoskeletal injuries, Frank specializes in sports injuries with an emphasis on manual therapy. Frank is the only certified Yoga for Golfers instructor in the Eastern Pennsylvania area.

Jeff Wooldridge, DPT
Jeff has joined the FitLife team in 2010 after graduating from Temple University with a Clinical Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.  For his undergraduate education, Jeff attended Penn State University where he received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology.  Before attending physical therapy school Jeff started his own personal training business and became a certified strength and conditioning specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  Jeff has recently been performing physical therapy rotations through several outpatient orthopedic facilities as well as a skilled nursing facility and a long term care facility.  Jeff has experience with a diverse group of patients with an emphasis on orthopedic and sports medicine injuries.  Jeff is the primary aquatic physical therapist at FitLife.   Using the principles of buoyancy and the therapeutic effects of water he helps patients attain benefits that may not be attained with traditional physical therapy.

Janet Helms, Exercise Physiologist
Janet graduated from Bloomsburg University in December of 2004 with a degree in Exercise Science. Before joining the FitLife team, Janet worked in corporate fitness as a Health and Fitness Specialist and earned her Health and Fitness Instructor certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. Currently, Janet is pursuing her master's degree in public health/health administration at West Chester University.

Diane Moses, Exercise Physiologist
Diane will be graduating from West Chester University in December, 2010 with a degree in Exercise Science.  She started her career as a massage therapist and quickly realized that people who suffer from chronic pain need exercise education as well as massage for long term pain relief.  She is a nationally certified therapeutic massage therapist and also holds certifications in Pfrimmer deep muscle therapy and orthopedic massage.  Diane is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and strives to help other people achieve wellness.  She will be working in the physical therapy department, is available for personal training as well as massage by appointment.
