Fitness Center Customer Service Representative

FitLife is seeking an outgoing, energetic front desk customer service associate for a part-time evening/weekend position in our fitness center. The shifts will include weeknight shifts, and weekend opening and closing shifts. The front desk customer service rep provides a welcoming atmosphere to all members, clients, and patients in the facility. The ideal candidate will be personable, have strong communication and organizational skills, and a strong background in customer service. A passion for all things fitness, health and wellness is a plus in this type of position! A flexible schedule is necessary; the availability to work afternoon/evening shifts (until close) and weekends is required. All fitness center staff are currently required to be fully COVID-19 vaccinated, and must provide proof.

Physical Therapist

FitLife is seeking a full-time physical therapist in our outpatient orthopedic center.  We are a fully-equipped fitness, aquatic and rehabilitation center that is Physical Therapist owned and operated. Located in northwest Philadelphia, we have been happily serving the Chestnut Hill, Mt. Airy, and surrounding communities for nearly 20 years.

We pride ourselves on our hands-on, individualized approach to patient care. In our clinic, a team of a licensed physical therapists and degreed exercise physiologists work together to treat patients. Personal Trainers

FitLife is seeking enthusiastic fitness professionals possessing the passion for being healthy, fit and active, and having the heart, motivation and a love for all things fitness. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of human anatomy and the concepts of functional exercise, basic nutrition and basic exercise science. They should have an ability to design individual and group exercise programs tailored to the needs and attainable goals of a diverse population of clients; an ability to conduct and understand the need and importance of screening and client assessment, initially and progressively; an ability to execute individual fitness program design in a safe and effective way; a desire to help clients reach their health and fitness goals through appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance exercise; an ability to motivate others to improve their overall fitness and health; a dedication to maintaining personal integrity and your own health and fitness.

Personal training certifications and experience required, and a degree in Exercise Physiology or a related field is preferred. This is a sub-contracted position, allowing the personal trainer to schedule their own appointments.
