 Our 60' x 30' heated therapeutic pool offers a warm and inviting environment for both fitness and rehabilitation.
Our Aquatics Programs include:
Lap Swimming/Open Swim Times Lap Swimming and Open Swim Times are available whenever there is not a class in session. There is one lane available for lap swimming during Aquatic Therapy Times on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 8:00am-1:00pm. The pool and spa area close 30 minutes before the rest of the facility.
Aquatic Classes We offer a variety of aquatic classes. Check out our class schedule for times and instructor information. Family Swim Day Every other Sunday from 1:00pm-5:00pm, we hold Family Swim Day at FitLife. This allows our members the opportunity to swim with their families at no additional cost.
