Matt Mangol

Matt graduated from Temple University with a degree in Exercise Science in 2004. He has experience working with a diverse clientele with clients ranging from 15 to 95 years of age. Not only has he worked with clients who have chronic conditions and disabilities, he also has experience in assisting individuals with specific fitness and sports-related goals as well. Matt has been playing baseball for over 15 years and continues to play in an adult league in Ambler, Pa. He truly enjoys working one on one with people and guiding them toward their full potential.

Janet Koskinen

Janet graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2004 with a degree in Exercise Science. Before joining the FitLife team she worked in corporate fitness as a Health and Fitness Specialist and earned her Health and Fitness Instructor certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. In the past she has taught various Body Sculpting and Boot Camp classes and looks forward to using those skills here at FitLife. Janet is currently pursuing her master's in public health/health administration at West Chester University. Janet loves working in the health and wellness industry and encourages everyone to work hard in order to achieve their goals.

Jay O'Neal

Jay joined FitLife in September of 2004. He graduated from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Physical Education and Sport and Exercise Science. He played Varsity Football for four years and was Co-Captain of the Varsity Team. Jay brings several years of experience in the field of personal training and exercise physiology. Jay recently completed his Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Since receiveing his license in physical therapy, Jay has been working as both an exercise physiologist and physical therapist at FitLife.

Adrienne Nelson

Adrienne joined FitLife in September of 2006. Her years of experience combined with a sports-minded family sparked her interest in the fitness field. Adrienne attended Elon University in North Carolina where she earned a degree in Sports Medicine in 2002. Adrienned used her knowledge of strength and conditioning to improve the performance of gymnasts at Kidsport Gymnastics in North Carolina. She remains active in the sport by coaching at Aerial's Gymnastics in Pheonixville and is a member of USA Gymnastics. Adrienne enjoys helping people get creative with their workouts.
