Join Ron for this workshop to learn about TRX Suspension Training and experience a great TRX workout! TRX exercise is a great tool for a full-body workout focused on strength, balance, core strength and flexibility, all while using the uniquely designed TRX straps. Learn how this can be a fun and effective addition to your workout!
Join us for Family Swim, open to FitLife members and their children. With a lifeguard on duty, spend safe, fun, quality time with your family on two Sundays per month during the hours of 1:00 – 5:00pm. Family Swim dates are always posted online, and throughout our facility.
